Job summary

Confidential Hires is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design scalable, business-led learning experiences for a global workforce. The role is remote and based in China, collaborating across cultures and time zones with HRBPs and leaders.

You will diagnose needs, design interventions, and deliver programs for managers, high-potential employees, and new leaders, leveraging AI-enabled tools and LXPs to measure impact and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in Learning & Development in a multinational org with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience delivering global or multi-market learning initiatives and managing stakeholders across cultures, functions, or time zones.
• Strong PM and instructional design capabilities to translate business needs into measurable learning solutions.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in learning design and familiarity with LXPs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose capability gaps with HRBPs and leaders; define learning priorities aligned to business goals.
• Own end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives—from needs assessment to post-program evaluation.
• Design and deliver development programs for managers and high-potential employees, including onboarding and new leader development.
• Build digital learning journeys on the LXP using instructional design and AI tools to improve content quality and personalization.
• Establish success measures; track participation, application, and business impact; use insights to improve portfolio.
• Manage multiple learning projects with milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk management across regions.
