Firework is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to own a high-velocity mid-size sales motion across Greater China and Hong Kong. You will sell Firework’s AI-powered video commerce platform alongside content services, helping brands and retailers turn business goals into practical, high-impact solutions.

Success requires building pipeline, managing multiple opportunities, and closing deals with urgency. This role suits a hands-on seller who thrives in a fast-paced startup, owns the process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in a high-velocity environment.
• Experience selling SaaS, creative/services, or consultative offerings.
• Ability to shape scope, pricing, and customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline across Greater China and Hong Kong.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and expansion.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in Salesforce.
• Lead consultative discovery to map customer goals to Firework solutions.
• Develop compelling proposals and pricing packages tied to outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Integration teams to move deals to launch.
