Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers from SME industry, especially those in science and technology innovation enterprise
• Explore new customers and business opportunities by promoting deposits, loans, cash management and other banking products
• Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate client business model and risk profiles
• Prepare credit proposals and annual credit reviews for customers
• Explore cross-selling opportunities, improve service quality and revenue
• Collaborate with different departments and teams to jointly maintain an overall consistent customer management ecosystem
• Responsible for KYC and AML for customers
• Monitor and manage risk profiles of loan portfolios

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing and other related majors are preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, capable of handling lending and deposit portfolio independently
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
• Priority will be given to candidates with financial technology background
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good logical thinking ability
• Priority will be given to those with Type 1 and Type 4 licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• For candidates possessing exceptional professional working experience, certain standards and qualifications may be relaxed, and competitive compensation packages may be available.
