Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of middle market and institutional banking clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to meet their evolving business needs
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to deepen client relationships and expand the bank's market share
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver tailored financial products and services
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and client feedback to anticipate and address their changing requirements
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Contribute to the team's overall performance and business objectives by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, with a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of middle market and institutional clients
• Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by middle market and institutional clients, and the ability to provide customized solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess client needs, identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans
• Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and data management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
