Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager in Institutional Banking in Hong Kong. The role involves soliciting new business and deepening relationships with bank and non-bank FI clients, and coordinating with Head Office and Mainland branches for new business exposure.

The candidate will analyze, propose and execute financial solutions, monitor portfolios, and perform credit risk analysis, contributing to product development and risk management.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in financial services in Hong Kong or equivalent
• ECF qualification preferred
• Good knowledge of credit analysis and risk sense
• Strong marketing skills and familiarity with bank products

Job description

Relationship Manager, Institutional Banking

Fulfil team's KPI budgets according to bank’s requirement

Work together with other team members to achieve business and management targets effectively

Solicit new business and deepen existing relationship with Bank clients or Non bank FI clients

Work closely with Head Office and Mainland branches for new business exposure

Analyze, formulate, propose and execute financial solutions and client relationship management efficiently

Monitor client portfolio and conduct credit risk analysis

Contribute in new product development

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience within financial services industry in Hong Kong

Degree holder in Finance/ Account or related discipline

Qualification in ECF is preferred

Good knowledge and understanding of credit analysis, with risk sense

With good marketing skill and experience

Familiar with all popular bank products, including bilateral loan, syndication loan, structured loan

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
