Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited is seeking an experienced investment sales professional to drive branch-led investment business, act as the main contact for complex inquiries, and present ideas to clients. The role involves portfolio reviews and coordination with relationship managers to promote mutual funds, FX and structured products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in investment product sales, HKSI or equivalent, and may hold CFP/CFA qualifications.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 5 years' relevant sales experience in investment products.
• HKSI qualification or equivalent.
• CFP / CFA qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, FX and investment products.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• MRCS references checks required.

• Drive sales activities to assist branches in delivering investment business.
• Act as point of contact for all branches on investment inquiries related to mutual funds, FX, and structured products.
• Perform joint calls with relationship managers to review client portfolios and present investment ideas.
• Provide training and coaching to frontline associates and support seminars and promotions.

• Drive sales activities to assist branches in delivering their investment business
• Act as point of contact for all branches on investment enquiries related to mutual funds /structured products/bonds
• Perform joint call with relationship managers to review client portfolio and present investment ideas to clients
• Provide backup and support in business activities, i.e. seminars and promotion programs so to achieve investment sales target
• Constant update of product knowledge on mutual funds and investment products to all branches
• Provide training and coaching to frontline associates
• Perform portfolio review and formulate investment strategy for high networth clients.

Able to offer tailored investment planning advice and develop investment proposal for sophisticated clients

• Liaise with relevant internal departments on compliance, marketing, operations and systems issues
• Represent the Bank in working with external business partners, i.e. fund management companies

Requirements

• University graduate with at least 5 years relevant sales experience in investment products, experience in mutual fund, FX and structured products is a must
• Possess HKSI qualification or equivalent
• CFP / CFA qualification preferred
• Excellent knowledge in mutual fund, FX and investment products
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
