Qualifications

• 5 years or above hands-on Telecommunications or IT related working experience.
• Need to be independent and knowledgeable to prioritize tasks during multiple faults and projects.
• Need to be tactful in handling customers’ complaints and drive for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, operations, and maintenance of various network management services.
• Conduct service reviews with vendors to assess SLA compliance.
• Lead operation teams for project management and implementation.

Skills

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Good oral, written presentation and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Education

Degree in Telecommunications, IT or related studies

Tools

Knowledge of CCNA/JUNOS
