Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications, IT or related studies.
• 5 years or above hands-on Telecommunications or IT related working experience.
• Familiar with ISO27001 standard.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, operations and maintenance of various IT services.
• Conduct service review with outsources vendors and review SLA figures.
• Lead operation team for network project implementation.

Skills

Technical certification of CCNA/JUNOS

Hands-on Telecommunications or IT experience
