Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a 7 x 24 operation team on network surveillance.
• Responsible for IT service management processes and operations.
• Deliver technical consultancy and documentation to customers.
• Review with equipment vendor on Hardware and Software vulnerability.
• Handle customer enquiries on performance issues.
• Develop and motivate subordinates through training and teamwork.
• Ensure effective Tier 2 Operation Support focusing on incident management.
