Job summary

A regional telecom service provider in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Data Center's operational integrity and management. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electronic or Telecommunication and a proven track record in managing Data Center operations with a focus on security, efficiency, and customer engagement. Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. This role involves ensuring that Data Center activities are cost-effective while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of related working experience in telecommunication service industry or Data Center operations.
• Possess CCNA certification or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin & local native language.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Data Center environment facilities and maintenance to ensure stability.
• Responsible for Data Center security, including monitoring and access.
• Ensure all activities in Data Center are properly approved and logged.
• Manage suppliers for high-cost efficiency and service level.
• Develop procedures to improve operation efficiency and quality of service.
