Job summary

The Achievers International Academy Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the HK & Greater Bay Area hub. You will oversee a bilingual operations and administrative team, align HK HQ with the GBA execution arm, and drive efficiency, compliance, and scalable processes.

You will build KPIs, develop SOPs, manage cross-border liaison, and mentor staff while travelling to the GBA 1–2 weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, or any equivalent academic qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience (leading at least 6 people) with a proven track record in Operations or Customer Service.
• Native/Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin; excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office/Excel) and an interest in using IT to solve operational inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and professionalise a sizeable Operations and Administrative team.
• Evaluate and restructure reporting lines; establish clear KPIs.
• Act as the primary conduit between HK Admin, Sales and Operations between HK and GBA.
• Develop training plans and staff retention strategies; conduct regular evaluations.
• Inherit and expand IT initiatives to automate tasks and streamline operations.
• Maintain SOPs to ensure stability during scaling.
• Ensure compliance standards and audit readiness.
• Manage administrative tasks and high-level reporting for HK leadership.
