Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager to oversee school operations supervision and governance across campus clusters (GBA, Greater China, Asia), ensuring daily execution aligns with high standards and local regulations.

You will own operational cost drivers, drive vendor savings and revenue opportunities, and support pre-opening and facility buildout for new campuses, while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12+ years of progressive operations leadership in a global multinational context.
• Experience managing multi-site P&Ls, budgets and vendor optimization.
• Proven track record in pre-opening, facility buildout and new launches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations supervision and governance across campus clusters.
• Drive cost control, vendor savings and revenue opportunities; monitor financial metrics.
• Lead pre-opening readiness, facility design and project execution with operations teams.
• Standardize operating procedures and drive customer experience improvements.
• Act as strategic bridge between Group Leadership and School Operations; manage change.
