Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape people strategies across the fashion retail and e-commerce sectors in the region. You will partner with regional leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, lead workforce planning, recruitment, learning, and performance management.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with a deep knowledge of local labour laws and HR systems.

Qualifications

15+ years of HR experience in regional roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and labour laws.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively across cultures in a regional capacity.
Proficiency in data analysis and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, skill gap analysis and talent management.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance management.
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Support learning and development programmes to upskill employees.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to remain competitive within the retail industry.
