Job summary

BIT (formerly Matrixport) seeks a seasoned professional to join the structured products team. You will design, price, and commercialize structured products across crypto and US equities, bridging trading, sales, and product to deliver client-centric solutions.

In this dual-track role, you own quantitative structuring and client-facing business development, building pricing models and managing end-to-end client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in structured products, exotic derivatives, or equity/crypto derivatives (structuring, sales, or trading).
• Strong grasp of options pricing and payoff mechanics (Black-Scholes, volatility surface, autocall/barrier features).
• Proficient in Python/Excel for pricing and analysis.
• Understanding of crypto derivatives market or US equity derivatives.
• Existing network of institutional/HNW clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design and price structured products referencing crypto assets and US equities/indices.
• Build and maintain pricing models; run scenario and Greeks analysis.
• Draft term sheets and payoff descriptions; coordinate hedging with trading desk.
• Originate and grow relationships with institutional clients, asset managers, family offices, and HNW investors.
• Understand client risk appetite and structure bespoke solutions; own the full sales cycle.
• Provide market color and product ideas; collect feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Run valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario tests using internal models.
• Monitor exposure and market events over the life of each product.
• Work with Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth, compliant trade flow.
