Job summary

You will lead requirements, translate them into user stories, and design scalable CRM solutions with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM development and support initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM/loyalty platforms.
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate regional rollouts.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery for regional customer engagement initiatives.
• Design scalable, sustainable CRM solutions with business and tech teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to address challenges.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Drive regional alignment across markets through effective collaboration.
• Support platform enhancements across customer engagement solutions, including loyalty initiatives.
• Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate needs and support decision-making.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, initiative prioritization, and solution delivery activities.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and business adoption initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities that enhance customer-focused outcomes.
