Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for a Regional C&B Total Rewards, Assistant Manager in Hong Kong. You will support regional compensation and benefits initiatives across multiple markets, focusing on incentive design, salary reviews, budgeting, and benchmarking.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, lead data analysis using Excel/Power BI, contribute to salary structure design, and prepare regional dashboards for senior leadership while ensuring cost efficiency and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, finance, accounting, statistics or related discipline.
Approximately 5–8 years of compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics experience.
Strong regional exposure across Asia Pacific and multi-country experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR teams and business leaders to develop and improve compensation and benefits programmes.
Contribute to annual salary reviews, incentive plans, bonus frameworks, and recognition programmes.
Lead regional data consolidation, benchmarking, budgeting, and headcount reporting to support decision making.
Manage benefits programmes across markets, ensuring competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
Prepare regional Total Rewards dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
