Job summary

UL Solutions中国 is seeking a Regional Employee Benefits & Solutions Lead in Hong Kong to drive cross-border employee benefit strategies and ensure efficient, compliant administration across regions. You will own data exchange with external providers, support audits, and guide stakeholders on complex benefits issues.

Qualifications

• University Degree in HR Administration, Business Administration or related discipline plus generally 5-7 years of Employee Benefits Regional Leadership or Employee Benefits Consulting experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Excellent customer service and strong listening skills with an empathetic approach.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to execute against SLA commitments.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS platforms (ServiceNow and Oracle HCM).

Responsibilities

• Executes enterprise employee benefit strategies in collaboration with HR to drive adoption by the business.
• Collaborates with leaders to drive One HR Culture and retention strategies via benefit plan designs locally or regionally.
• Coaches regional leaders on complex benefit questions.
• Guides interpretation of benefit policies to ensure local adherence and risk mitigation.
• Oversees data provisioning to external benefit vendors in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Manages vendor relationships including brokers and health plan providers.
• Supports development and execution of key benefits projects and related duties.
