Qualifications

• University degree required in actuarial science, mathematics, insurance, re-insurance, broking, or business-related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate EB, insurance, re-insurance, or international benefits broking.
• Proven track record in business development, pipeline management, client acquisition, and cross-selling.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present complex solutions to management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in an additional Asian language preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese).
• Independent, accountable worker; willing to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and own assigned client and partner portfolios to drive new business growth and regional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, insurers, and intermediaries across the region.
• Provide strategic consultation and lead end-to-end implementations for new corporate programs.
• Leverage market research to identify growth opportunities and accelerate business performance.
• Craft persuasive pitch materials and deliver presentations to senior decision-makers on strategic benefits and pricing.
• Ensure all activities comply with regional SOPs, guidelines, and local regulations.
