Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Aviation, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in air freight forwarding, airline management, capacity procurement, network planning, or charter operations.
• Proven negotiation and management of BSAs, airline contracts and charter arrangements with major airline partners.
• Solid understanding of air freight market dynamics, trade lane development, airline pricing, and capacity management strategies.
• Experience collaborating with airlines, commercial teams, and operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate capacity utilization and procurement costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement and management of airline capacity, including negotiating and executing BSAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with airline partners, driving commercial discussions and contract renewals.
• Manage full and partial charter programs, including sourcing, negotiation and coordination.
• Analyze market trends and capacity needs to develop effective procurement strategies.
• Work with commercial, network and operations teams to align capacity planning with growth objectives.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in service, cost and reliability.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and approvals for all airline and charter agreements.
