Job summary

As aReceptionist - Sports & Recreation, we rely on you to:

Assist Health Club Manager in directing and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of Health Club, Bowling Alley, Tennis Court and related areas

Provide leadership to the daily operation of reception

Handle reservations and provide check-in and check-out service

Greet members and guests, answering incoming call and members’ enquires in a professional manner

Maintain guests’ satisfaction to the standard of the hotel at all times

Respond to member and guest inquiries and complaints

Plan, organise, implementand monitorof all Sports & Recreation activities to members
