Responsibilities

• Assist Health Club Manager in directing and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of Health Club, Bowling Alley, Tennis Court and related areas
• Provide leadership to the daily operation of reception
• Handle reservations and provide check-in and check-out service
• Greet members and guests, answering incoming call and members’ enquires in a professional manner
• Maintain guests’ satisfaction to the standard of the hotel at all times
• Respond to member and guest inquiries and complaints
• Plan, organise, implement and monitor all Sports & Recreation activities to members
