Provide professional wine recommendations and food pairing suggestions to enhance the guest dining experience.

Support wine inventory management, wine list maintenance, and daily beverage operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Drive wine sales, assist in promotional activities, and deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining Shangri-La standards.

We are looking for someone who has:

A recognized wine qualification (e.g. WSET, CMS or equivalent) with strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage service.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest engagement and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
