Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Bartender / Mixologist for Lobster Bar & Grill to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous service.

You will maintain bar area cleanliness, prepare cocktails and beverages, and provide guests with expert wine and spirits knowledge; English is required, Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Hotels, clubs or premium bars.
• Knowledge of various spirits and wine.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to hotel standards.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.

About The Role

As a Bartender / Mixologist - Lobster Bar & Grill, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars.
• Understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
