Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support tender vetting and contract administration for E&M projects.

The role involves preparation of contract, claims and dispute resolution, sub-contract documentation, variations and final accounts, and assisting in arbitration or litigation. A degree in Quantity Surveying is required with strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M field.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, highly motivated, a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule.

Responsibilities
