Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team focused on E&M, building, and fit-out projects. You will assist in take-offs, cost estimation, tender submissions, and prepare subcontract packages while monitoring costs and budgets.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in QS or related discipline, 1–3 years of QS experience, and strong Cantonese and English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant QS experience in construction, E&M, fit-out, or building projects.
• Familiarity with tendering procedures, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Cantonese and English; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both Cantonese and English
