Job summary

Plan In Interior & Contracting Co., Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hong Kong. You will review tender documents and assist in generating internal tender analysis reports, contributing to accurate cost projections.

The role involves preparing tender submissions, taking-off quantities, preparing Bills of Quantities and cost estimates, and consolidating cost data for estimates. Strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree / High Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, and assist in generating internal tender analysis reports
• Prepare tender submission, including taking off quantities, preparing Bills of Quantities and cost estimation
• Prepare and consolidate cost data for estimate.
• Assist in preparation of both Commercial and Technical Submission as stipulated in tender documents
