Job summary

About the job Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, tender analysis, contractual claims & dispute resolution;
• Handle in settlement of variation & final accounts;
• Assist in Companys projects including tendering, contract administration, project budgeting & cost control, etc;
• Assist in preparing of the bills of quantities for works;
• Assist in preparing assessments of subcontractor contract payments and quotations;
• May be required to station on site.

Qualification & Experience Requirement:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage;
• Preferably with 2 years or above of relevant experience in building / Curtain wall works;
• Well-organized with good communication skills & good initiative; able to work under tight schedule and under pressure;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage;
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
