Job summary

Perform quantity surveying duties in measurements, eliminating errors and discrepancies, maintaining timely and accurate records, etc.

Carry out measurement for purpose of variation estimates and final accounts

Prepare and keep up to date records and photos of variation works and abortive works

Preparation of interim payment applications

To maintain and update the QS records, site documents, filing, and drawings required for proper performance of QS duties

Responsible for project budgeting, cost estimate.

Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying/Building Construction or equivalent

With 5 year relevant working experience

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Proactive, outgoing and initiative

Sound interpersonal and communication skills

Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
