Job summary

Top Grace International Investment Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of interior fitting out projects. You will establish pricing guidelines, monitor budgets, and prepare tender documents.

The role requires 5+ years in quantity surveying, a relevant degree or diploma, proficiency with AUTOCAD, and strong contract administration and reporting skills. Residential project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a commercial/quantity surveying role within the construction industry (interior fitting out work)
• Degree / Diploma /Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Knowledge of using AUTOCAD for measurement is a must
• Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents related to interior fitting out works
• Extensive experience in re-measurement, valuation of variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and management of subcontractor accounts
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills
• Experience in Residential Projects is preferred
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools will be an advantage
