Job summary

CR Construction Company is seeking an on-site Quantity Surveyor to oversee all financial and contractual matters for assigned projects. The role covers contract administration, cost control and handling contractual claims, ensuring accurate measurements and timely budget adherence.

The candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies and at least seven years of relevant experience in building projects, with strong English and Chinese communication, leadership, and

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement and contractual skills.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site quantity surveying services including contract administration, cost control, and contractual claims.
• Handle financial and contractual matters for projects assigned.
• Lead and supervise project team with proactive attitude.

Job Requirement:
