Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to perform full QS functions for various projects from tendering to final accounts. Responsibilities include handling both pre and post-contract duties. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience, strong English and Chinese communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is based in Hong Kong and candidates should be adaptable and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor.

• Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects

Job Requirement:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
