Job summary

Komrowski Engineering & Trading (HK) Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee interim payments, variation valuation and final accounts, with emphasis on cost control and contractor liaison.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying, has at least 3 years' experience in A&A, fitting out or renovation, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluent English and Chinese; immediate availability is preferred and Assistant QS will be considered for less

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in A&A, fitting out or renovation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payments, valuation of variation works and settlement of final accounts.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Can handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

We are a reputable Building Contracting firm based in Hong Kong. We are now seeking a high-caliber individual to fill the following position :

Key Responsibilities

Prepare interim payments, valuation of variation works and settlement of final accounts

Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution

Can handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
