Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration of main-contracts and sub-contracts;
• Responsible for the cost estimate, measurement, sub-letting, payment, and final account settlement;
• Perform project and cost control;
• Handle contractual claim and dispute resolution; and
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for executing excellent QS services, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years solid QS experience in Foundation / Civil / Building category;
• Candidate with more experience and higher qualification will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Self-motivated, work independently, well organized, able to multi-task and work under pressure;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
