Job summary

CR Construction Company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee onsite quantity surveying for financial and contractual matters across projects. You will assist in preparing bills of quantities and main contract payment applications, ensuring accurate assessments of subcontractor payments and quotations.

The candidate should hold a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies with 4 years of relevant experience, strong measurement knowledge, and fluency in

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies.
• 4 years of relevant working experience in building projects.
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
• Candidates with sound knowledge and solid experience in China's construction industry will be highly preferable.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills.
• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude.
