Job summary

YUAN MEI CHEN (S) PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong seeks an early-career Quantity Surveyor to measure quantities, take-offs, obtain quotations, and analyse cost comparisons.

The role involves tracking progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. You will attend site meetings to capture variation claims, liaise with clients and consultants on contractual issues, and support the team with related duties.

• At least 2 years of working experience Singapore
• Preferably have local construction experiences
