Job summary

Pretterior Works & Consultants Co Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor. You will assist in tender submissions, cost analysis, and subcontractor assignments, while supporting pre- and post-contract QS duties across projects.

The role requires diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying, 1–2 years of experience, and good English/Chinese communication. A 5-day work week and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 1-2 years practical quantity surveying experience
• Basic knowledge in general contract administration, project documentation, cost estimation and procurement
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying or project management is preferred
• Goode knowledge of computer application in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proactive, outgoing and initiative
• Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
• 5 day work week (Mon-Fri : 09:00-18:00)
