Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies from a HK polytechnic university or the HK Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or equivalent.
• Language proficiency: Level 2+ in Chinese and English as per HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent.
• Pass the Basic Law and National Security Law Test.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties for capital and maintenance works.
• Prepare libraries of building costs and price indices.
• Employment and management of consultants.
• Conduct technical audits on selected contracts and works orders.
• Administer quantity surveying software applications and provide IT support to staff.
• Develop, maintain and review standard measurement documentation and libraries.
