Qualifications

• 3 years relevant working experience in Foundation / Civil category.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Administration of Main-Contract and Sub-Contract.
• Handling of Sub-letting packages and Cost Control.
• Responsible for Cost Estimate, Measurement, Payment and Final Account.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office

Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Well organized and self-initiative

Independent and able to work under pressure

Education

Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying
