Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hong Kong. You will be involved in contract administration, cost estimation, quantity surveying and claims management across major projects.

Applicants should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years of experience for the QS role, strong English communication, and the ability to work on-site with contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience on the main contractor side (QS role).
• Excellent written and spoken English for contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration across main contracts and subcontracts.
• Cost estimation, budgeting and cost control throughout delivery.
• Procurement of materials aligned with project needs.
• Administer contractual claims and assess subcontractors' claims.
