Job summary

Lanon Development Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong. The role involves cost estimation, claims, payment certification, variation orders, and final accounts.

You will assist in dispute resolution, manage subcontractor payments, and handle document control and reporting. A Bachelor or higher diploma in QS is required, with Cantonese/English bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in QS in Main Contractor.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimation, extension of time claims, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement.
• Assist dispute resolution matters.
• Handle sub-contractors' payments, main-contractor's payment & variation orders.
• Document control, system entry, reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Preparing subletting and tender budget and report.
