Job summary

Leadingnation invites applications for a senior Quantity Surveyor role focusing on government projects and public institutions in Hong Kong. The candidate should possess 10–15 years of relevant experience and professional MRICS or MHKIS credentials, with strong AutoCAD skills and regulatory knowledge.

The ideal applicant demonstrates energy, self-motivation, problem solving, and a track record of delivering HVHC projects within strict codes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Architectural Studies.
• Diploma or Higher in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• AutoCAD drafting and design calculations.
• Good knowledge of statutory Regulations and Code of Practices.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSE or HKCEE.
