Job summary

Siu Fai Engineering Limited is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Tsuen Wan District. You will play a crucial role in cost management and quantitative analysis for our construction projects.

Based in Tsuen Wan head office with site visits, you will assist tender administration, seek material quotations, manage subcontracts, and prepare interim payment applications while evaluating variations to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in civil works (not suitable for fresh graduates)
• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Excel; AutoCAD is an advantage

About the role

• Assisting to follow up tender document, contract administration and clerical work;

• Seeking quotation for construction materials;

• Subletting contract work by different scope of works;

• Preparing application of interim payment to client monthly;

• Evaluating variation orders for construction projects.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

• Min. 3 years experience in civil works (less experience / fresh graduates will not be considered);

• Good command of bothwritten andcomprehension of English;

• Familiar in using MS Excel;

• Skill in AutoCAD is an advantage;

• Stationed at Tsuen Wan head office

• Sometimes meeting at site office
