Qualifications
Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Building or Civil projects.
Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Experience with New Engineering Contract (NEC) option C is an advantage.
Experience in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assist in carrying out subletting for works packages according to company procurement procedure.
Assist in preparing tender estimates and budget.
Assist in procuring construction materials.
Assist in preparing cost implications for compensation events.
Assist in preparing payment applications to the Employer/Client.
Assist in preparing valuation of subcontractor payments.
