Job summary

Allworth Consultants Limited is seeking a high-caliber Property Manager in Hong Kong to oversee the performance of a premier real estate portfolio, including capital projects, tenant improvements, and asset valuation. The role requires leadership in negotiating contracts, managing P&L, and ensuring regulatory compliance across facilities.

You will direct renovations and building upgrades, oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain executive relationships with major tenants to support retention

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive property/asset management experience, overseeing premier commercial, mixed-use, or residential portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional Qualification is an advantage.
• Leadership & Communication: Outstanding executive presence, negotiation capabilities, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capital Projects & Renovations: Direct major capital projects, building upgrades, and tenant build-outs in close coordination with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Operational & Facilities Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, vendor bidding, contractor performance, and structural maintenance across all facilities.
• Tenant Experience & Retention: Maintain executive-level relationships with key tenants, overseeing seamless build-outs and high-touch tenant service programs.
• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, monthly financial reporting, CapEx variance analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with building codes, OSHA standards, structural safety regulations, and emergency preparedness.
