About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally qualified and strategic Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and development-adjacent performance of premier real estate portfolio. In addition to driving day-to-day operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and asset valuation, the ideal candidate will bring strong oversight capabilities for capital projects, tenant improvements, and structural maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Projects & Renovations: Direct major capital projects, building upgrades, and tenant build-outs in close coordination with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
Operational & Facilities Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, vendor bidding, contractor performance, and structural maintenance across all facilities.
Tenant Experience & Retention: Maintain executive-level relationships with key tenants, overseeing seamless build-outs and high-touch tenant service programs.
Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, monthly financial reporting, CapEx variance analysis, and contract negotiations.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with building codes, OSHA standards, structural safety regulations, and emergency preparedness
Qualifications & Requirements
15+ years of progressive property/asset management experience, managing premier commercial, mixed-use, or residential portfolios, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Professional Qualification is an advantage.
Leadership & Communication: Outstanding executive presence, negotiation capabilities, and written/verbal communication skills.
