Job summary

Job description

Asset Management Director - Office Building

Develop strategic planning and positioning for real‑estate assets; make and evaluate decisions on office‑building renovation projects; Coordinate commercial leasing and vendor/supplier management。

Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators. Prepare revenue forecasting and capital expenditure planning. Control cost to meet asset profitability targets.

3. Leasing & Key Account Management

Manage key accounts and oversee overall leasing strategy to maintain stable occupancy.

4. Operations & Property Management Supervision

Oversee daily operations and property management vendors to ensure service quality and asset performance to meet standards.

Qualifications:

• 1. 15+ years of working experience in office building asset management at an asset management company or real estate developer.
• 2. Experience in the full lifecycle (renovation and operation) of at least two office building projects.
• 3. Experience in Hong Kong and mainland China (PRC) integrated asset management is preferred.
• 4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• 5. A team player with good collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
