Job summary

ST Engineering Urban Solutions in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager / IT Infrastructure Lead to support fulfilment of contract obligations within agreed timelines, cost, and scope.

You will manage project documentation, oversee subcontractor matters, and perform system setup and database configuration. The role includes IT infrastructure support across Microsoft and Linux OS, network device design, and hands-on guidance for site engineers with travel between offices and project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of system-related experience.
• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.
• Proficient in networking, SQL, and Windows operating systems.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel between office and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager and Engineers to fulfil contract obligations within timelines, cost, and scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor matters.
• Perform system setup and database configuration, resolve technical and design issues.
• Provide support for IT infrastructure, including Microsoft and Linux OS.
• Know-how of network switches and device design within project scope.
• Install, debug, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Guide site engineers and transfer knowledge hands-on.
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Host, manage and present project meetings.
• Report progress to Project Manager and follow up on software development and site installation.

• Perform system setup and database configuration, resolve technical and design issues.

• Provide support for IT infrastructure, including Microsoft and Linux operating systems.

• Possess knowledge of network switches and the design of network devices within the project scope.

• Carry out installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues.

• Be hands-on in providing guidance and conducting knowledge transfer to site engineers.

• Oversee project teams and subcontractors effectively.

• Host, manage, and present project meetings.

• Report project progress to the Project Manager and follow up on software development and site installation works.

Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.

• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.

• Proficient in networking, SQL, and Windows operating systems.

• Knowledge in the following areas:
