Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support project managers and engineering teams at Ang Mo Kio and client sites. You will help deliver projects within scope, time, and budget, and manage documentation and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in IT or related fields, 2+ years in IT systems, infrastructure or deployments, and familiarity with Windows, databases, cybersecurity basics, and network switches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT systems, infrastructure, or deployments.
• Experience in project coordination or system deployment is preferred.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience with Windows OS, virtualization, or hypervisors.
• Understanding of network configuration and switches.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and engineering team in delivering projects according to scope, timeline, and cost.
• Manage project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Perform system setup, database configuration, and resolve technical/design issues.
• Provide support for IT infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft-based systems.
• Assist in cybersecurity system setup and network switch configuration.
• Conduct network checks and IP configuration for project devices.
• Carry out installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Prepare presentations and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
