Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support project managers and engineering teams at Ang Mo Kio and client sites. You will help deliver projects within scope, time, and budget, and manage documentation and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in IT or related fields, 2+ years in IT systems, infrastructure or deployments, and familiarity with Windows, databases, cybersecurity basics, and network switches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT systems, infrastructure, or deployments.
• Experience in project coordination or system deployment is preferred.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience with Windows OS, virtualization, or hypervisors.
• Understanding of network configuration and switches.

Working Days & Time: 08:30 to 18:00

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or project implementation
• Experience in project coordination or system deployment is preferred
• Knowledge of database management and SQL tools
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability assessment
• Experience with Windows OS, virtualization, or hypervisors
• Understanding of network configuration and switches
• Advantage if have SQL Management Studio and database handling, basic software development knowledge, experience with access control systems (CCTV, card readers, gantries, key management systems) and redundancy technologies (failover clustering, NIC teaming)
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
