Job summary

HIKVISION in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead security and telecom integration projects from planning through handover, ensuring contract compliance and value realization.

You will coordinate with clients, government authorities, and vendors to maintain quality, schedule, and cost, while guiding teams and maintaining strong communication in English with Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, project management, or related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in security, low-voltage, telecommunications or intelligent projects; familiarity with video surveillance or transmission networks preferred.
• Proficient in PMP/Scrum methodologies and able to apply them in projects.
• Familiar with network architecture, video coding, storage technology, and common hardware devices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and ability to work in English; Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project management from planning to handover per contract requirements.

Job description

1. Full-cycle management of company integration projects: Develop project plans, define scope, timeframes, and resource requirements, track progress and report regularly, ensure the completion of key tasks such as project construction, acceptance, handover, settlement, and collection in accordance with contract requirements, and realize project value.

2. Customer communication and service: Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders such as the client and government authorities during the project implementation stage to create a favorable external environment for project implementation; manage construction units and suppliers and other partners to ensure the quality, progress, and cost of project implementation. Manage customer demand changes, provide regular project progress feedback, and solve problems during the implementation process to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

3. Cross-departmental collaboration: Communicate with product, solution, R&D, and technical departments to ensure project resource allocation and technical support. Organize and participate in project coordination meetings, milestone reviews, and project summary meetings to promote efficient team collaboration.

4. Quality and risk management: Identify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure the smooth progress of the project. Supervise project outcome quality and adhere to industry standards and company processes.

5. Documentation and training: Organize project technical documents, operation manuals, and acceptance materials. Provide necessary system usage training to clients or internal teams. Continuously improve and refine the systems, processes, tools and norms related to the company's integrated project management to enhance the level of project management within the company.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, electronic engineering, project management, or related fields is preferred.

Work Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in security, low-voltage, telecommunications or intelligent projects, with familiarity with video surveillance systems or transmission network / backbone network preferred.

Professional Skills:

Proficient in project management methodologies (such as PMP, Scrum), and able to apply them flexibly in actual projects.

Familiar with network architecture, video coding, storage technology, and common hardware devices.

Core Competencies:
