Job summary

Yau Lee Holdings Limited seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide general quantity surveying and contract administration for pre- and post-contract works in Hong Kong. You will take off quantities, prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts and evaluate variations and final accounts.

The role requires degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, and experience in contractor or QS consultancy. NEC contract familiarity is a plus. A competitive remuneration package is offered.

• Experience with NEC contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general quantity surveying and contract administration services for pre and post contract which include taking off quantities from drawings, scrutiny/preparation of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents, evaluation of variation order and payment claims and settlement of final accounts.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Higher Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• QS experience in Contractor and/or QS Consultant Firms.

• Preferably with relevant experience in pre- and post-contract works.

• Experience in construction project(s) using NEC contract would be ab advantage
